Who are we?

SDK Logistics B.V. was founded in 2016 and is located in Zwaag, the Netherlands. Since 2018 we are part of the family-owned USTC Group from Denmark. In 2021, the logistics activities of the USTC Group merged with the FREJA Group. With the addition of the FREJA Group, we can offer our customers the complete package of transport and logistics services between the Benelux/Europe and the Scandinavian Countries.

Every day we drive our fleet of +/- 3300 trailers between Scandinavia and the Benelux and the rest of Europe.

This gives SDK Logistics access to knowledge, services, expertise and an international shipping and logistics network around the world, as USTC is present in 40 countries with more than 4,000 employees.
